Habbo Coins are the hotel's currency - they are what you use to pay for extras in the hotel, like diving and furniture for your guest room.

What are Vouchers?

Vouchers are currently just the new way to redeem and get your Coins in your purse when you buy them via SMS. You still get a special code but now you must log in to the hotel as the Habbo you've bought the Credits for to type it in and get your Credits. Once you've logged in, click on your purse and click the 'vouchers' button. Enter the code in the box, click 'get Credits' and they will be added to your purse.

What is SMS?

SMS is a method of purchasing Habbo Coins through text messaging on your cell phone. If you have a cellular phone with Sprint PCS, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Nextel, T-Mobile®, Boost, Cellular One by Dobson Cellular Systems or U.S. Cellular you can get a Tip of the Day and 10 Habbo Coins by texting. The whole process will cost $1.99 plus what your cell phone carrier normally charges you for sending Text Messages. The charges will be applied to your Wireless phone bill. How long does it take to get Credits?

This varies depending on the payment method used. Online purchases will usually be processed in the same day. Money Orders may take from 2-3 weeks.

Why can't Habbo Coins be free?

Can I use a calling card or a pay phone?

No, it will only work with a home phone and you must have the permission of the person who pays the phone bill.

Can I buy coins with my home phone if our phone is through the internet?

Unfortunately you can only buy coins via your home phone if it is a standard landline. At this time it is not possible to do so if you have a Voice Over IP (VoIP)

Is there any way to get free credits through the phone?

No! Lots dishonest people may try to convince you that if you call and enter a secret code you will receive free credits, but what will actually happen is you'll end up buying credits for someone else.
